"I'm deeply disappointed with my recent experience with ZAP Cars. The vehicle I received was in a deplorable state, clearly not having been cleaned for an extended period, with cigarette buds strewn across the interior. Additionally, crucial safety tools such as a jack and spare tire were absent, posing both inconvenience and potential risk. When I sought assistance, the company's response was impractical, insisting that I bring the car to their location in Gaur City, even after refueling. Furthermore, the car was supplied with an inadequate amount of fuel, making it impossible to reach the nearest fuel station without an immediate refill. Subsequent attempts to rectify these issues were met with unfulfilled promises of a replacement vehicle, and when seeking updates, the company shifted blame and refused to take responsibility. When we attempted to contact them for resolution, our calls were consistently rejected. Shockingly, when requesting the return of our token money, the response was dismissive, claiming that we were overly demanding and should accept the car they provided. The entire staff, particularly the managers, displayed a rude and unprofessional attitude throughout our interaction. I feel compelled to warn others about the potential fraud this team is committing, as it appears that positive reviews may be orchestrated from within their own team. I strongly urge caution and recommend exploring alternative car rental options that prioritize customer satisfaction and honesty. I would still like to hope that this team grows through the potential and do good in future and would like to say that customers dont throw tantrums and we are not responsible to clean an unhygienic car. I am giving one star as the option for zero stars is not available."

"FRAUD. SCAM. Please don't fall for these scammers. They won't refund your security deposit. They will find innovative reasons to deny the refund. Polite behaviour only till they hand you over the vehicle, post that it's rude. Car handed over was not even having proper braking after running around 10kms. They were not even picking calls to address this issue. RC copy was not provided till the end of the journey. Car interior was smelly and not clean. Used tissues, water bottles, cans, clothes all were lying inside the car, which I had to clean myself before starting the journey. They were not even picking the phones from the vehicle hand over until it was few hours before the dropping time. Very rude and bad answers when asked for security deposit. Pls don't waste your hard earned money with this scammers."

"*FRAUD ALERT** *SERIOUS SCAM** *SCAM BUSINESS* zapcars is a fraud self drive car rental agency. I recently had a terrible experience with Zapcars. which I believe is running a scam business. The car they provided was in an outrageous condition—clearly, they do not perform any maintenance on their vehicles. To make matters worse, they never returned my security deposit despite numerous attempts to contact them. Initially, the owners behaved normally, responding promptly and accommodating my requests until I paid the rental fee. However, once the payment was made, they became completely unresponsive, ignoring all my calls and messages. This agency is clearly fraudulent, and I urge others to avoid them at all costs. Their business practices are deceitful, and their lack of customer service and vehicle maintenance is appalling. Do not trust Zapcars; they are nothing but scammers."

"Worst experience.. and never recommend to any one.. our relatives came from gujrat.. and we went to Haridwar with baleno.. bt we were stucked from 3 pm as car got heat and stop working. The head of fraud Mr Priyanshu stop responding our call and msgs.. and after repair the car we started return back at 9 pm .. Mr Priyanshu hasn't time to call or even see our msg till 1 am. .. after returning we ask him for money we spent on his car he denied to refund. Very bad person and never go with this service"

"Scam Alert !!!!! These guys give you damaged 3rd class cars and then they will take security amount without telling the terms and conditions . Thn when you return the car they will tell you your amount come in 48 hours after that they will not going to pick any calls using abusive language . They are some kids running whole scam . Be aware dont take any car rental near gaur city . All the positive reviews given by there kids only ."
